The work contrasts one physical body, visual tableaux in public space, and the crafted intimacy of an indoor theater. Exploring abandonment and rigor in a constantly shifting city/time/landscape, 'Rootless Ghost' navigates cut lines of society, family, past and future, tracing movement between human and nonhuman.


Moving across the landscape... 5, 6, 7 landscapes,

keep counting ...like stars to sleep a country.

...the lineage is broken open ...unfolding for a sky,

tracing along the floor of sky.
